Meghalaya logs 513 cases, 14 fatalities in last 24 hours

Summary:

The cumulative recoveries reached 53,945 after 307 under-treatment patients recovered from Covid-19 in the last 24-hours.

Meghalaya received 513 fresh cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours while 14 people succumbed to the deadly virus.

As on 22nd July, the state`s total cases tally has reached 59,346.

The north-eastern state has 4,413 active cases currently.

The cumulative recoveries reached 53,945 after 307 under-treatment patients recovered from Covid-19 in the last 24-hours.

The total fatalities in the state have climbed to 988 after fourteen deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours.

The new cases of infection include 184 from East Khasi Hills, 70 from Ri-Bhoi, 105 from West Garo Hills, 35 from West Jaintia Hills, 6 from East Jaintia Hills, 27 from West Khasi Hills, 15 from South West Garo Hills and 06 from South Garo Hills, 27 from West Khasi Hills, 12 from East Garo Hills and 25 from North Garo Hills.
