Meghalaya added 515 new Covid-19 cases, 14 fatalities

Meghalaya received 515 fresh cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours while 14 people succumbed to the deadly virus.

As of 6th August, the state`s total cases tally has reached 68,107.

Meghalaya received 515 fresh cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours while 14 people succumbed to the deadly virus.

As of 6th August, the state`s total cases tally has reached 68,107.

The north-eastern state has 5,515 active cases currently.

The cumulative recoveries reached 61,445 after 560 under-treatment patients recovered from Covid-19 in the last 24-hours.

The total fatalities in the state have climbed to 1147 after 14 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours.

The new cases of infection include 187 from East Khasi Hills, 52 from Ri-Bhoi, 55 from West Garo Hills, 49 West Jaintia Hills, 7 from East Jaintia Hills, 132 from West Khasi Hills, 1 from South West Garo Hills and 10 from East Garo Hills, 132 from West Khasi Hills, 2 from South Garo hill and 10 from North Garo Hills.

South West Khasi Hills received 13 cases.
