DHARAMSHALA: Kangra police have arrested a 40-year-old man for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy on Sunday, when he was alone at home. The boy gave him water but refused food , saying there was nobody else at home. Thereafter, the man lured the boy to a lonely area and committed the crime.
