DHARAMSHALA: Kangra police have arrested a 25-year-old youth on charges of raping a minor girl in Palampur sub-division of the district. The accused and the victim belong to same village.The victim revealed the incident to her parents after which a complaint was filed. He also threatened to kill her and her brother if she told anyone about the assault. He has been booked under section 376 (rape) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.Patial said that the accused was produced before a local court and was sent to police remand.
