DHARAMSHALA: Former chief minister P K Dhumal ’s visit to Dharamshala on Wednesday created quite a flutter in the BJP.While no leader from the block unit of the party was seen during his visit, the presence of expelled leader Onkar Nehria, deputy mayor of Dharamshala municipal corporation, with Dhumal added fuel to the rift between former CM and sitting MLA and cabinet minister from the area Kishan Kapoor.
