It was in 1970 that the Tibetan spiritual leader had addressed Kalachakra teachings in this hill town, after that no such big teaching was organized here for last 48 years.Now, hoteliers of this hill town have approached the office of noble peace laureate to organize these teachings at Dharamshala for 2019.
