Shimla doctors observe Pen Down strike for two hours

SHIMLA: To oppose the decision of state government to charge Rs 5 lakh bank guarantee being sought by government for masters and specialized medical courses, resident doctors held two hours Pen Down strike at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital on Monday from 9 am to 11 am. Strike of doctors caused inconvenience to patients at OPD during the period.
