Himachal H1N1 death count reaches 22

Mandi district has reported 20 positive cases, Solan district 17 cases and Bilaspur and Hamirpur districts have reported 11 cases each. Shimla: Twenty-two persons have died of H1N1 in Himachal Pradesh and 189 have tested positive since January this year. Districts of Solan and Bilaspur have reported one death each.Of the 189 positive cases reported so far, 56 positive cases have been reported from Kangra district, closely followed by Shimla district with 54 cases. Terming the situation alarming, leader of opposition Mukesh Agnihotri said the state government should take immediate steps to contain spread of swine flu. Education minister Suresh Bhardwaj and agriculture minister Ram Lal Markanda too are suffering from it..
