Himachal Pradesh: 25 passengers injured as two buses collide

The HRTC bus was on its way to Shimla from Kafnu-Rampur while the private bus was on its way to Rampur from Shimla. He alleged that near Nogali, an HRTC bus (HP-25A-3013) came from Rampur side and collided with the private bus.Sources said that drivers of both buses were also injured in the accident. SHIMLA: Around 25 people were injured in a head-on collision between two buses at Nogali near Rampur sub-division of Shimla district on Monday.While over speeding is said to be the reason behind the accident, police have registered a case and have started the investigation. All those injured were taken to Khaneri Hospital in Rampur for treatment.An FIR has been registered at Kumarsain police station under section 279 (rash driving) and 337 (endangering life or personal safety of others) of the IPC on the statement of one Guman Singh, a conductor of a private bus (HP-63B-1722) involved in the accident..
