Man dies as Kashmir shivers at minus 7.7°C

SRINAGAR: A 65-year-old man died in Anantnag district on Friday as the Kashmir Valley reeled under severe cold at -7.7°C on Thursday night. Cops said the man was mentally challenged and had been seen wandering in the area for the last three days.
