Athar Aamir Khan today assumed charge as Commissioner SMC. Soon after taking the charge Khan held a review meeting with all the senior officers unit officers of SMC. He further passed on directions that various steps needs to be taken up for improvisation of solid waste management drainage and sewerage system besides stressing on beautification of Srinagar city. Outgoing SMC Commissioner Gazanfar Ali expressed gratitude to the SMC employees for their support and work amid COVID pandemic. Employee's Union President Nazir Khan welcomed new Commissioner.
