42000 candidates appear in JKSSB examination for Class IV posts in Srinagar

Summary:

Around 42000 candidates sat in the J&K Service Selection Board examination for Class IV posts in Srinagar where the administration had put in place exhaustive arrangements to ensure smooth conduct. Exhaustive arrangements had been put in place at all 38 centres where the examination was held in the district. To ensure as-per-plan conduct of the exam the Srinagar district administration had deployed one duty magistrate and one observer at each of the 38 exam centres in the district. In view of the coronavirus pandemic each examination centre had been sanitised prior to use and had a dedicated health team available for emergencies during the course of the examination.
