SURAT: Crime branch sleuths arrested three men on Monday for their alleged involvement in an attempt to derail a train on December 28 morning by placing benches on the railway tracks. Police investigation revealed that other 10 accused are involved in the attempt.Another attempt to derail train was reported on Sunday in which some unidentified persons had put a cement block on tracks near Udhna railway station. Police beleive that the accused wanted to mount pressure on police to allow them to transport ganja in train without disturbance. Since the train was running in slow speed, it did not derail, police informed. Police identified involvement of one more accused Dilip Archit Pandi, a resident of Katargam, but he is yet to get arrested..
