Surat: Surat police have made elaborate security arrangements for the festival of Rath Yatra in the city on Saturday. Jahangirpura Rath Yatra by ISKCON Temple will start at around 3pm from railway station. Traffic will be diverted wherever necessary in view of the Rath Yatra festival on Saturday, police said. People will have to make use of Vivekananda Bridge, Hope Bridge and Jillani Bridge to go to railway station. They will be helped by members of quick response team deployed all along the routes.Police plan to stop traffic from Gujarat gas circle to Athwa circle on Sardar Bridge from 5pm onwards..
