Surat: Two offences were registered at the crime branch for trying to create riot through social media on Saturday. “The two men had intentionally shot the video so as to cause riot in the city. The accused shared details about the fracas at Mumbai Vad area and asked the police to take strict action against accused and also used abusive language. They will be arrested definitely,” a police officer said.The accused in both the cases have been booked under Indian Penal Code Section 153 (Wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot).
