Surat: Raja Singh 22 , was arrested by police for abducting and allegedly raping a five-year-old girl in Sachin GIDC area of the city on Saturday. The accused has admitted to having lured the girl with chocolates and raping her in the bushes. The girl’s father had registered a complaint against the accused at Sachin GIDC police station. The accused had lured the girl by promising to give her Rs10 and chocolates.
