We can’t have door-to-door garbage collection system and also place garbage containers on roads. Surat: Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) has set up three nuisance detection squads each in seven zones because of the problems arising from throwing of garbage on roads by people ever since garbage containers were removed some time ago.SMC officials will be removing the remaining 27 garbage containers on roads shortly.
