Surat: Robbers and thieves targeted some people on roads in different areas of the city in the past few days. Two men on a motorcycle looted a phone worth Rs11,000 from Shradhha Jain when she was near Dhiraj Sons. Jain, a resident of Althan, was walking on road on Wednesday at around 10pm when her phone was looted by the robbers. Police registered four incidents and started investigation on Friday.An unidentified person was booked at Kapodra police station for stealing Rs4 lakh cash, chequebooks and important documents from a car.
