SURAT: Bail of Alpesh Kathiriya, Patidar Anamat Andolan Saimit convener, was cancelled by a judge of Surat district and sessions court here on Tuesday. Police had recently approached the court requesting cancellation of his bail in sedition case after repeated violation of law and conditions by him. In the beginning of December 2018, Kathiriya got bail in the sedition case registered at Amroli police station of the city in October 2015. He got bail in sedition case registered in Ahmedabad in November, 2018.
