Surat: Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) committing investment of nearly Rs 16,150 crore will be inked by players in various sectors of Surat in the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2019.The Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) will ink MoUs for 255 projects, most of which either been proposed or in some stage of implementation.
