THANE: A mobile thief, who targeted a 22-year-old passenger on a suburban train at Mumbra on Thursday, was chased by the commuter and finally arrested.The incident is the third such attack by mobile thieves on board local trains in the past one month.Thane railway police said the Kalyan resident had boarded a Titwala-bound local from Thane around 12:30am.Just as the train was leaving Mumbra, the thief, identified as Adil Khan (22), lunged at the commuter and flicked the mobile from the victim’s pocket and jumped onto the adjoining tracks.The victim jumped after the thief and started chasing him..
