Three held under black magic act

THANE: Three persons have been arrested for allegedly practising witchcraft and black magic as well as keeping a human skull inside a shanty at a Kalwa slum.Those arrested have been identified as Raju Sharma, Kailas Hatkar, reportedly a tantrik (black magician) and Pandurang Gawari, from Ulhasnagar.The police said that Sharma procured a human skull from Hatkar and kept it at his place for the last three months in order to practise witchcraft and black magic which is prohibited under law.
