That programme had focussed on equipping the “career masters” to manage adolescence issues (family issues, peer group issues, sex-related problems and mental health issues), inter-personal relationships and to be effectively assertive. The LEP would feature modules on understanding adolescent behaviour, classroom management, and finance management, among others.
