As part of the security arrangements, the Thiruvananthapuram city police have divided the stretch into nine zones, each of which will be supervised by an Assistant Commissioner of Police. Vehicles coming from Nedumangad towards Thampanoor and East Fort will be diverted at Peroorkada to proceed along Pippinmoodu, Sasthamangalam, Edappazhinji and SMC junction. Vehicles will be diverted from Vellayambalam towards Althara, SMC junction, Vazhuthacaud and Xanadu when the rally reaches PMG junction until it passes by the area.
