KWA works leave city stretch in shambles

Due to local protests, the public works department (PWD) has completed the road maintenance works in the Ambalamukku-Muttada-Paruthippara stretch. Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala water authority’s (KWA) work to replace premo pipes has left several stretches in the city in shambles. However, the contractor was not able to start the maintenance works due to lack of machinery such as hotmix plant.
