Thiruvananthapuram: The state government’s move to rehabilitate flood victims in environment-friendly, habitable places has not been going as per the plan, RTI data has revealed.TOI had sought details on land availability for the project as submitted by district collectors based on government orders dated 10-10-2018 and 06-09-2018. The panchayat had appealed to the state government to shift around 16 families to the KSEB housing quarters. We received reports only from a few collectors,” a revenue official said.
