School authorities said that the immature and insensitive behaviour of the invigilator, who is a staff at a nearby aided school, led to the incident.The parents of the student have filed a complaint against the teacher. The student was forced to defecate in the classroom itself. In the wake of the incident on Thursday, Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights registered a case against the school teacher.Earlier, on March 12, the commissioner had instructed authorities to ensure drinking water facilities for students.Meanwhile, Kollam district education officer recorded the statement of school authorities and the student on Friday. Thiruvananthapuram: The commissioner of examinations issued a circular on Friday to all district educational officers and deputy directors to ensure that students appearing for the ongoing SSLC examination could use the bathroom during exams, if need arises.The commissioner said in his circular that the chief superintendents should ensure that all basic facilities are made available for students so that they can appear for the exams without stress.The order was issued on Friday after a Class X student from government higher secondary school at Kadakkal in Kollam was denied access to bathroom despite multiple requests..
