Police said that the accused woman, after registering the case in Surat, approached the Vadodara RTO and got the scooter transferred.Later in June this year when Vaghasiya checked the status of vehicles online, he learnt that Dimple’s name appeared as the owner of vehicle. Vaghasiya then filed an RTI application at RTO to know when the owner was changed, he was informed that it was done in February.Parmar had submitted an application to register a complaint at Harni police station, on the basis of which the FIR was lodged on Monday..
