BCA has been asked to respond to the email at the earliest. There are other minor changes proposed by the CoA but our proposal of keeping the BCA secretaries and treasurer as final signing authority has been accepted,” the official added. “The CoA has proposed that this entire criteria should be deleted which means that any BCA member without having experience of any sub-committee would be able to contest for the office-bearer’s post,” a BCA official said.“The CoA’s proposal will be discussed in the managing committee and then the BCA may write to them again.
