Spiritual leader, five others served notices

Vadodara: A local court here issued notices to spiritual leader and founder of Vallabh Youth Organization Vrajrajkumar Goswami, his father Dhrumilkumar Goswami and four others after a civil suit was filed against them. The suit seeks a permanent injunction so that the six persons do not stop Shah from her work as stated in the will of late spiritual leader Indira Betiji.Shah has alleged in her suit that the two trusts – Indira Betiji Manav Kalyan Trust and Indira Betiji Vallabh Seva Trust – were formed as per the last will of the late spiritual leader. The money received for the deal in cash and cheque was deposited in the two trust’s bank accounts,” she stated. They are involved in a dispute over the properties of late spiritual leader Indira Betiji.The suit against Vrajrajkumar, Dhrumilkumar, Madanlal Rathi, Sharmishtha Vakil, Kevalkrishna Tuli and Gopalkrishna Chaturvedi was filed in a civil court here by Sama Shah, who was herself arrested in October in an alleged fraud case. The last will was made on November 1, 2015, in presence of Vakil and one Rasesh Parikh and when it was read out, Shah, Vrajrajkumar, Vakil and Tuli were present as executors of the will.As per the will, the late spiritual leader wanted that that her fixed assets be sold off and the money earned from that should be deposited in the two trusts as per 60:40 ratio..
