The SSNNL provides water to the civic body at a rate of Rs 3.14 per kilolitre (kl).The civic body had paid a deposit of Rs 1.38crore to SSNNL which supplied 67.51 lakh kl over the two months. The civic body was provided Narmada water last summer and, again, since last week.VMC can get water from an escape in the Rampura branch canal of the Narmada project.
