On the occasion of 71st Republic Day on 26th January, 2020 Shri M S Dagur, Managing Director – Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GNFC) – Bharuch hoisted the national flag in Narmadanagar township. On this occasion awards and trophies were conferred to the employees / departments and security personnel for their suggestions in improving the company`s performance and attentiveness respectively.
The event was marked with participation from GNFC staff, officers, school children and families of the employees.

The company was jointly promoted by Gujarat and the Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals (GSFC).
Located at Bharuch in a prosperous industrial belt, GNFC draws on the resources of the natural wealth of the land as well as the industrially rich reserves of the area.
GNFC started its manufacturing and marketing operations by setting up in 1982, one of the world`s largest single-stream ammonia-urea fertilizer complexes.
Over the next few years, GNFC successfully commissioned different projects - in fields as diverse as chemicals, fertilizers and electronics.
