VARANASI: A special session of the Children’s Parliament, held at Varunanagara Colony in Hukulganj on Friday, unequivocally demanded capital punishment for the rapists of minor girls. Another member, Ili, proposed capital punishment for the rape of girls below 13 years. A member, Ujala Bratavanshi, raised the issue inviting discussion. Speaker Khushi Raman maintained the order and began the proceedings.
