MIRZAPUR: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath accused previous SP and BSP governments in the state and the UPA government at Centre for keeping Mirzapur deprived of irrigation facilities and health services. "While the state got only 13 government medical colleges till 2014, PM Modi ji gave 13 medical colleges, one AIIMS, upgraded BHU IMS and two cancer hospitals to the state in just four years," Yogi added. "The Bansagar project has brought relief to over two lakhs farmers of Mirzapur and Allahabad as their 1.50 lakh hectare land would be irrigated properly and they will not have to depend on monsoon. PM Modi ji took Bansagar as one among 99 projects on his priority and sanctioned funds timely, which enabled us to complete the project in record time," the CM added..
