Varanasi: Chaos prevailed near divisional railway manager North Eastern Railway office in Lehartara area when two groups clashed here on Wednesday. The police deployed in and around the DRM office dispersed both the groups. They also indulged in brick batting while some of them also brandished arms leading to chaos.
