IAF personnel from Varanasi martyred in MI17 chopper crash

VARANASI: A pall of gloom descended on the family of Vishal Kumar Pandey (34) when the news of his demise in an Indian Air Force chopper crash reached here on Wednesday evening. My only demand from the government is to crush Pakistan completely so that a similar situation does not reoccur. He is survived by wife and two kids presently living in Jammu. Vishal was among the IAF personnel who lost their lives in an MI-17 helicopter crash at Budgam district of central Kashmir on Wednesday morning.Relatives and well-wishers started visiting Vishal's house in Hukulganj area to console the bereaved family.“It is a sad moment for us, but we are proud of my son’s sacrifice for the nation. He visited Varanasi in February 2018, and was planning to come home for Holi but news of his demise came around 4pm of Wednesday.Vishal’s wife Madhavi Pandey, six-year-old son Vishesh Pandey and four-year-old daughter Dhara are presently in Jammu, while other members of the family including parents, two brothers and two sisters are in Varanasi..
