VIJAYAWADA: Former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Friday joined the Congress in the presence of Congress president Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi. "I am in touch with some 40 leaders who have joined other parties or have remained neutral," Kiran Kumar Reddy added.Earlier, APCC chief Raghuveera Reddy said some Congress leaders had gotten carried away by emotions following bifurcation. "The two Telugu states will get bifurcation benefits only if the Congress party is in power at the Centre. Also the provisions included in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act 2014 are not being implemented in letter and spirit.
