GUNTUR: The administration of Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) was left red-faced when rain water found its way into the chambers of Secretariat at Velagapudi on Monday. Flooding of Kottella Vaagu is also worrying senior officials as the flood is expected to reach Secretariat at Velagapudi if rains continues for another 24 hours. Roads connecting several villages in Tadikonda, Mangalagiri, Amaravati, Tadepalle and Bapatla mandals were submerged because of heavy flooding of local streams. The water entered into the patios of HRD minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao and industries minister N Amaranath Reddy in block-IV of the Secretariat.
