It was a visual treat for the devotees who had congregated to witness the imperial procession of ‘Simha Vahanam’ in the morning. Lord Malayappa being taken in a procession on ‘simha vahanam’, in Tirumala on Saturday. They deities were mounted atop a dazzling pearl-studded canopy, providing a visual feast to the onlookers.
