IRR works to begin by November

All the oustees would be granted houses in the NTR housing colony in Adavitakkellapadu located close to the IRR. The officials held negotiations with the land owners and those who constructed houses along the road stretch.While 75 per cent of the land owners have agreed to give up the land in return of the issuance of Transferable Development Rights (TDR), remaining land owners are said to be insisting for payment of compensation in case. GUNTUR: The stage has been finally set for the launch of much-awaited works on the Inner Ring Road (IRR) as Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has decided to finalise the tenders by the end of the month.
