VIJAYAWADA: In a fresh twist to the land grabbing case, the high court has given orders to book a case against Vijayawada’s TDP MLA, Bonda Umamaheswara Rao , his wife Bonda Sujata, corporator Ganduri Mahesh and six others. He further accused that he was threatened in the name of the TDP MLA to cooperate in their scam. Koteswar Rao has accused Ganduri Mahesh and others of having misused his signature to create fake documents on his name as the land in question here never belonged to him. Allegedly, Mahesh took Koteswar Rao’s signatures on more than 20 documents when he approached the aforementioned for a loan.“He used the same documents to sell land belonging without my knowledge,” Koteswar Rao alleged.
