German firm offers AP tech to conserve 75% energy in construction sector

VIJAYAWADA: A German company has offered Andhra Pradesh the latest technologies that will help in saving of energy up to 75% in construction sector.A delegation from the state showcased in Germany the energy efficiency methods being implemented in AP. While one German form offered technologies to save up to 75% power in buildings, others evinced interest in supporting energy efficiency activities in the state.According to official sources, German firm Passive House Institute (PHI) headquartered in Frankfurt, showed interest in energy efficiency activities in Amaravati. “Now the entire country is following the AP model in energy efficiency activities,” he said.APSECM CEO Chandrasekhar Reddy said global agencies endorsed Amaravati as a potential world class capital city of the future. During the interaction between German officials and industrialists with officials of the state government, Germany came forward to support upcoming capital city Amaravati with the best practices in green buildings. “Global agencies in Germany expressed hope that AP’s efforts for pollution free capital city will be achieved through highly ecologically balanced environment with zero carbondioxide emissions,” he added..
