Summary:

Cleared: ARUNHyderabad: Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Lakshmi’s NTR’ released to packed houses in Telangana on Friday. After NTR distances himself from his son-in-law for opposing Parvathi’s entry into his life, there’s more drama once he wins the 1984 polls. Whoever dubbed for the ‘Babu’ character gets the voice perfect. The film shows NTR, who was down and depressed after the defeat in 1989 polls, reviving his spirit once Parvathi enters his life. Interestingly, the first title that came on the screen was ‘special thanks to Balakrishna’, leaving the audience in splits. There was more reasons for the audience to break into peels of laughter whenever Balakrishna’s character enters the screen, on and off, in his inimitable style..
