VISAKHAPATNAM: In the first major strike against elected representatives in the two Telugu states in 13 years, CPI Maoists gunned down sitting Araku TDP MLA Kidari Sarweswara Rao and former Araku MLA Siveri Soma in the agency area of Visakhapatnam on Sunday afternoon.
