VISAKHAPATNAM: Industry representatives from the maritime sector are of the view that government regulations have to be reduced and rules and regulations framed in order to improve efficiency of the trade.Participating in the East Coast Maritime Business Summit organised in the city on Thursday, former shipping secretary Michael Pinto expressed the need for a logistics ministry as various aspects of the logistics sector are spread over different ministries.
