Ram Rahim claims to have trained Virat Kohli and Vijender Singh
Not many would know that Ram Rahim has claimed to have trained sports bigwigs like Virat Kohli and Vijender Singh and also said that it is because of him that these sports stars are winning laurels for the country.
Ram Rahim and Virat Kohli have a connection! Don’t believe, well Ram Rahim has himself claimed to have been responsible for Kohli’s success. Over the years , Ram Rahim has been making headlines for one reason or the other, but not many would know that has claimed to have trained sports bigwigs like Virat Kohli and Vijender Singh and also said that it is because of him that these sports stars are winning laurels for the country.
In 2016, a video was uploaded on You Tube in which the Dera chief claims to have played 32 national sports and has also coached sportsmen.
“He (Virat Kohli) was unable to convert good starts into big scores. I suggested him to practice hard and continue learning,”said Ram Rahim in an interview last year. In a video on Social media, Virat Kohli alongwith other Indian cricketers Ashish Nehra and Vijay Dahiya can be seen seeking Baba’s blessings.
In 2002, a Dera Sacha Sauda ‘Sadhvi’ had sent an anonymous letter to the then Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee accusing Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh of raping her and other ‘Sadhvis’. The special CBI court in Panchkula will announce its verdict in a sexual exploitation case against Dera Sacha Sauda chief Guru Ram Rahim Singh on Friday.
