Even Marco Rojo's Mum will take the mick out of the Manchester United defender and his weak right foot! Argentina left it late to book their place in the last 16 and with prolific goal scorers Lionel Messi and Sergio Aguero on the pitch nobody would have expected United's No 5 would be their last minute goal hero against Nigeria. And his mum Carlina was more surprised because he had scored the winning goal with his right foot. She told Globoesporte: "When we realised it was Marcos, there was a commotion. It's because the kick was right footed, and he only uses the right foot to support himself, we did not think it was Marcos. "He said that I deserved it all, that it was for me and that he loved me. I said before the game that he was going to score a goal and Messi two, for the people who were talking bad about Leo. Only one from Messi was missing."

The second-half was more open as Adnan Januzaj curled the ball into the back of the in the 51st minute which evidently served as a wakeup call for England.
