Skoda Auto India is expanding its network of dealership in India

“Our original plan was to have 124 new dealers by the end of this year, but it has become a challenge with COVID-19. We have reduced our target to 100 by this year-end and 130 by the middle of next year,” Zac Hollis, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India, said at a virtual conference on Thursday.

Czech carmaker Skoda Auto India is making amends to grow in India. In pursuit to target digital sales growth, the carmaker is working on expanding dealer network in India.

Hollis informed that the company is working on adding new dealers across India while replacing some of the old ones, who do not have the financial resources to expand with the company. “This year we will open new outlets in Bhopal, Mysore, and Guwahati, and new service centres with completely new dealers in Navi Mumbai and other places. This year we will add 27 new outlets,” he said.
