Rajkot: Acting on specific information, the Limbdi police seized Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) worth Rs 22.72 lakh from truck near Morvad village on the Rajkot-Limbdi highway on Saturday night.As many as 5,737 liquor bottles of various brands were hidden beneath 200 bags of Plaster of Paris (POP) powder. The truck driver Milkhan Pathan managed to escape in the darkness but the cleaner Azad Khan Pathan, 28, was arrested. The truck had a registration number of Tamil Nadu.
