Now, the question is why Railways authorities are helpless to stop the accidents?

Recently, such unfortunate incidents cost Suresh Prabhu his job and new Minister Piyush Goyal is also facing the same challenges.

Sadly, the entire system seems to appear helpless controlling train accidents.

1.

Utkal Express derailment on August 18, 2017 in which at least 23 people were died and over 40 others injured.

2.
